About Us
In the shadows of personal tragedy, Sweta and Vivek found a purpose that would transform their grief into a force for good. In 2014, spurred by the heartbreaking loss of their only child, Amogh, they set the cornerstone for the Mickey Amogh Foundation. Officially launched in 2015, the Foundation gained formal recognition under the Bombay Charity Commissioner in 2018.
Mickey–Amogh Foundation, headquartered in Malad (W), Mumbai, is a Non-Government Organization committed to Cancer Awareness and Access, as well as Mental Health support. Established in 2015 and officially registered in 2018 with 80G & 12A certifications, the foundation stands as a testament to resilience and compassion.
Guided by the visionaries Mrs. Sweta Sharma and Mr. Vivek Sharma, an accomplished author and alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, the foundation has become a beacon of hope for those in need. Their journey is a poignant narrative of turning personal loss into a force that uplifts and empowers others, a story of Mickey–Amogh Foundation’s unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on lives.
